The Western toilet looks just like ours except it has this bar on the side. It has a bidet. just push the button and it stays on until you push the "stop" button. The same goes for your other part of your bottom. It has it's own spray. There is also a button you can push to change the pressure of these.
Some toilets also have a button to push for a flushing sound in case you are shy about someone hearing you. And the seats are heated!
